Our Story
Ark of the Glory of the Lord Church — AGL Church — was founded with a singular purpose: to be a sanctuary where people encounter the tangible presence and glory of God. Rooted in the heart of Parow, Cape Town, we have grown from a small prayer group into a vibrant, Spirit-filled community of believers.
We believe the church is not a building, but a people — a family united by faith in Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and sent into the world to demonstrate God's Kingdom.
Our journey has been marked by miracles, transformation, and an unshakeable commitment to the Word of God. Every testimony in our congregation is a chapter in a greater story of God's faithfulness.

What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God — our supreme authority for faith and practice.
The Trinity
We believe in one God eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — three persons, one divine essence.
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — His atoning death and resurrection.
The Holy Spirit

The Church
